Complaint Details
I got a call from frontline salesmart pvt for a post paid connection of Airtel, i asked for a new connection and paid them the deposit ammount, they said the simcard will be activated once the address is verified and it will take nearly about 4-5 business days, and now have finished 2 weeks and still there is no verification or any responce, and when i called them regarding the issue everyday they inform the same thing that it will be activated today, yesterday when i said i will complaint against your company the girl who took my call said ok you can go ahead and make complaint, i mean this people they are not scared of a complaint and harass people like this, because of them i declined offer from other service providers with a better plan and cannot do anything because of their mis co operation im the one who is suffering.
