Dear Sir,
I had purchased a winter jacket worth rs.3219/- on 06/12/2014. The colour of the jacket has faded. I have complained in the shop and submitted jacket for exchange but they are now not providing me the new jacket and denying for exchange. Kindly look into the matter.
