My Wife had submitted Micromax Canvas A1 with IMEI # 911380450119890 /911380450620392 on 3rd Jul2015 to JAI GANESHA MOBILE DEPOT ,Ghatkopar-West ,Mumbai 400086 .Reciept attached .
My wife is following up every week with the service center but everytime serive provider promissing to returned repaired mobile on firday from past 3 weeks.We are unable to use the mobile from past 51 days. Also the the warranty period getting completed.
Service provider not able to give exact status of the mobile given for repair this is unneccessary delay and mental harassment to us to not get getting mobile on time.It has been over 1.5 months mobile has not been repaired or returned
We seeking for your help to get the thing as earliest and period taken to repair the to be extended warranty period as it is utlized by Micromax authorised service provider
