Complaint Details
I asked builder to cancel my unit in wave city NH24 Ghaziabad , NCR as they are delaying possession.
They say that they will keep 20 % of the total basic selling price (BSP) of the property as fine for cancellation.That amounts to approx 6.5 lakhs in my case.
I have not signed any Builder buyer agreement yet. And there is no such cancellation policy mentioned in my allotment form.
