i have already given one complaint on ccrc about the fact. after that i got call from Service manager that they will be puting som cord and adapter to resolve the problem but in 8 day but till date nothing has happened D vois is paying attention to there customers just taking money.i want compensation 100 time more what i have paid. because every time i cant tolerate same mistakes done or poor service from them.Not providing proper service every after two days facing problems of Internet not working when go to local offices they treat us like dogs they are not bothered about customer service
I have paid 6000 rupees to get the Internet plan. Now m feeling like cheated. Every day calling on toll free number but still not getting proper service. I need my all money back. Will look another service provider. D vois is the worst service provider.
