I my self vinod kharsan

purchased mobile Model: A106 UNITE2 8GB Micromax Mobile 3G(white),M_IMEI: 911345004496060, S_IMEI: 911345004996564 ,Serial NO:V007761406404604483, Purchased date: 22-07-2015 from Bapodia Time BR.EG29 Rajive Plaza, Bilaspur, Mobile no;97520-55533, Invoice No:996.

On 22-07-2015 suddenly my mobile became dead. Its power did not start. As being in warranty period of One Year. I took it to your Micromax service center in Rajive plaza ( ATTAR SERVICES) for check-up .( 22/07/15 12.52 pm)

Service center told me it is not starting it will be sent to company for repair. It will take 20-25 days to be repair. I gave it and, Issued me job card for it. JOB card No: E050140-0715-18086336.

After waiting for a month on -

Called service center for inquiry of phone.
Reply : Came new upgraded model has come as replacement .But person responsible is not present , we will call you in evening as he comes.
But no one called. Form service center

I went my self to service center asking for mobile
First service center boy told he is unable to tell mobile has come or not.
Then service center told me mobile has come but, we have not done checking of mobile which has come as replacement , after checking we will call you.

I called service Center told by job card no and asked the status of it and requested can I collect it today.
Reply: was yes it is ready and I can collect it in evening.

After waiting for more then a month on 26-07-2015 I went to service center shown my job card waited for 30-40 minutes.

Then person of center told me showing a mobile company has sent a dead mobile, it is not starting. It is dead, not starting tried all methods. Give me half an hours or come tomorrow. I will arrange PCB. Start you mobile and give it to you.

I have paid full amount on purchase of my mobile phone. It was on warranty when it stopped working. Kindly see to my problem.

My allegations:

1. Either Service center is trying to digest my new upgraded replacement mobile sent by company. And making excuses, so at last they can hand over me same model locally repaired mobile to me.
2. Or it totally the mistake of company , that after promising of warranty. They are not giving quality services to customers.
3. I am one but there can be hundreds of customers being cheated and treated in this way.
4. Customers pay of it and at last they feel cheated.


My Question:-

1. Whey did service center did not call me when phone had come as replacement.
2. Service center was not co-operating during all this period, they where trying to make excuses. Every time.
3. If dead mobile had come, why did they told new upgrade replacement had come.
4. And if dead mobile had come from company, why did they not sent it back for new replacement. Why they where arranging PCB in local market.?
5. They are not showing e-mail which came from company. Which shows details of new replaced mobile which was sent by company for me.


Kindly solve my problem as I am Feeling as cheated and it can be possible Like me hundreds of other customers might have paid the Company or service center, but got nothing.
