Complaint Details
Complaint registered for very slow speed in May 15 without a single day of usage. No response. Refund and deactivation Service request made on 8th June, 15. They did not register it. Kept raising monthly rentals. Instead of refunding the hardware amount Now they are sending legal notice for payment of the amounts of Rs. 2000. Tried contacting MTS consumer care and MTS appellate authority. But no response. Please help.
