With reference to my order no#301328606
Order Placed on 19th July 2015 13:41:57 ISTTotal Amount Paid Rs.20162.
Refund Request on 01/08/2015.
At the time of delivery we found that Product is damaged .we immediately called their customer support and register a complaint
and return the product.

It is very disappointing that i have not received my refund amount Rs.20162 even after making several calls to Pepperfry's customer care and regular follow ups. On date 01/08/2015 Pepperfry's customer care executive told me that your refund will be initiated with in next 48 hours but its more than 26 days. Whenever i call Pepperfry's customer support, i have been told that system is updating and very soon you will process my refund when system is updated. However, it seems that your system is they are just making excuses to be fool customer.
It seems this is normal practice to first take money from the customer and then deliver faulty or damaged product and never refund customer's money upon the return of product.
