Complaint Details
Myself was applied for New LPG Gas connection through online vide Reference No.N15082218538533812526 further I got the approval to contact for SV. Accordingly, I contacted the distributor but they simply reject my case by refusing to take the deposit money stating that we will not accept the online approval, if you want to take new connection you have to do all the formalities manually and it will take more two years time to get a new gas connection. As I came to know that, after getting the approval, the customer should contact with the distributor to deposit the security deposit and within 7 days the new connection will be released. If so, the higher authorities may direct the distributor to release the connection to me after depositing required money as early as possible.
