i had recharged vodafone number 8860269014 for rs 147 from mobikwik on 20 aug. the money got deducted but no rchrg. on asking d customer care he asked me to msg Y to 6789. i did but no recharge yet
den he said dont wory rchrg has failed n money wil b refunded
den i did another rchrg for rs 149 from paytm bt again no rchrg done
both my payments are stuck
i had complaint on one more platform as well n vodafone cald n said dey wil refund d money as call balance...but nothing has been done yet
plz help
