Complaint Details
Builder has charged a PLC for a flat facing front/road but delivered a graveyard facing flat. Even the brochure circulated/given at the time of booking does not show any graveyard/ kabragah.Now when we want to sell the above flat and purchase the other, the builder is asking a huge amount arbitrary ie rupees 228/sft as transfer charges where as total amount was paid by us and instead of registering the property in our name, builders demand for transfer charges is again unjustified. Several request to builder has been made but builder is not listening. The flat is in C block no C-605 Amrapali princely estate sector 76 NOIDA
