Complaint Details
I have purchased a titan eye spectacle with Crizal lense in 04/06/2014 with a year the pecs have got spoilt i went back to teh store but they have shifted. i approached the store manger chembur branch do not remember his name. he said the lense ha a 6 month warranty and if it is spoilt there is nothing he can do. Crizal being an big co i am surprised that a lense can get damaged so fast. My friend are using the same crizal lense bought from different spec shop and it is fine there are using the specs over 2 yrs. also on my specs u cannot see the crizal logo. pl help me get it sorted out...
