Complaint Details
I am appealing before you because, in spite of our best efforts, we’ve been unable to get a refund of our Lease Line Deposit amount from Bharti Airtel Ltd. Even after the deposit was credited to Bharti Airtel’s bank account, the Airtel Manager in question, Mr. Santosh – was unable to provide the Airtel leased line services.

We have tried communicating with Mr. Santosh several times but to no avail. We also tried registering a complaint at 121@in.airtel.com, but without a Circuit ID, the complaint process wouldn’t proceed. And since we never got any service from Bharti Airtel, we didn’t have a Circuit ID.

We have personally visited the customer care centre at Divyasree Towers, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore-560029 to get the problem solved but the customer care personnel failed to resolve the issue and he contacted his manager. We’ve also spoken with the appropriate manager on the issue. The manager, Mr. Purushotham spoke to us and gave me his contact number and email address to get in touch with him and he said he will resolve the issue at the earliest. After that I have written several e-mails and made several attempts to reach him on the phone, but there was no response.

We have a complete record of all communication e-mails with Mr. Santhosh and with Mr. Purushotham.
