I had taken a Loan from DHFL on June 2015, now this is almost 2 months and still I am waiting for my DHFL Loan Documents(to refer bank terms/conditions, bank policies, my rights) & most important my Original Insurance Copy(I had taken along with the Home Loan) which I was suppose to received from DHLF for reference.

I already did many followups with them and they are keep saying that they will deliver but at the end no response and now i am very unsatisfied with their service... why so much of delay in delivering the decks!!

I sent many followup mails, calls but no one willing to listen.. i took a home loan of Rs 40lac + 1.5lac insurance and waiting for DHFL documents which i suppose to keep for reference but they least bother about it and keep delaying.. why can't they just send the copies in my address??

Pl escalate this to right team in DHLF.
