Description:
I am writing this with frustrated mind because I have been cheated by svaiza.com by giving fraud offer.

Explanation:
I have a got an email offer for a contest, stating that 100% refund will be done by svaiza.com if you are not winning in contest. They were conducting a contest for an Android smart phone worth Rs.24k. for that I need pay Rs. 699 initially for a registration. If at all am not winning in the contest then aforesaid amount would be refunded to me fully its 100% guaranteed return (here I trusted this site later understood its false commitment).

I trusted this and I just thought to participate in this contest so I paid Rs 699 through online transaction.

I was waiting for a month period but there was no update or status received from Svaiza.com then I inquired about this transaction and requested to refund of money. There was no response (no proper response from customer service), later I called up to the customer care to confirm the status on my cash, they denying my request and there is no way of refund is possible (no proper response). instead of getting a refund you can utilize this amount for online purchase (cheating statement for grabbing my money)

I was really shocked on this fraudulent offer given by Svaiza.com and really frustrated about how i get cheated.

I was searching into the website products but I did not find any single product can be purchased for this Rs.699. All the products listed in their web site are more than Rs.999. So I should pay again more money (cheating trends applied)

so was really disappointed and looking for help legally to get my money back and teach them a lesson for doing such fraudulent and cheating business, misappropriate transaction, wrong and hidden conditions never explained before

could anyone please help me on this issue.
