I am using two no of Airtel postpaid.the no are 9987600547 / 9987600321.and bill plan is rs.99/month rental lifetime cug for both number.
I did the mail, regarding stop the outgoing calls for 10 days of 9987600547. Then they reply me about safe custody and inform me to pay the unbilled amount and safe custody charges rs.150/-. Then I did reply like, I don't want to pay this charges and unbilled amount, only I want to stop the outgoing call for few days.
After 2 days I checked my Airtel bill statement its mentioned in that rs149 for rental.
I don't know who's given the rights to change my bill plan. So please help me.
I want my previous plan, which was earlier rs.99.
For your information , I am sending screenshot of mail conversation which done betn us. Please check the attached file.
