Complaint Details
I am a resident of a Shartrinagar, Lokhandwala, Andheri (west) Mumbai, there are many stores in this lane. Everything is available at a door step and home delivery is also very prevalent here.

i have a complaint against the local vegetable vendor in this lane who have very fresh vegetable and fruits(they say this a Nasik vegetables). i prefer to buy from them though their price is a little higher. Every month on an average i spend Rs. 1000 - 1500 on vegetable and fruits. which is not a small amount.

Since five years i have been buying from them but lately i have observed that their weighing scales are wrong. They always have to weights kept on the scale if it is empty. once when the weights were not kept the weighing scale was tilted towards the side in which the items are weighed.

And when i brought the same to their notice they said that if i have a problem i should stop buying from them.

they insult you so badly that you do not want to purchase from them again but i feel if some one wants to buy fresh vegetable is it compulsory to be cheated.

They are cheating openly. and if we do not succum to there cheating we do not have the preveledge of eating fresh vegetable.

please look into it and resolve the matter.

Because vegetable these days are much more expensive these days and we have the right to fresh vegetable without being cheated and insulted.
