Complaint Details
From Indiatimes shopping, I had ordered on 22/10/2013, a laptop AH502NG model with Intel Pentium-2GB-500GB. However I had received AH502MC1A5ID with Intel Celeron B830-2GB-320GB costing less than 17,000.
1. Order number 3002756497, received on 28th Oct.
2. I registered a case on same day (28th Oct) with Indiatimes with case number 1141667.
3. After repeated followups, got the reply on 31st oct from "customerservice@indiatimes.co.in" acknowledging the wrong product sent and informed as will get back with procedure to replace by 48 hrs.
4. After repeated followup again after 48 hours, on 6th Nov, got the reply from icare@indiatimes.co.in, accepting the wrong product sent and delay in response, informed as to send back the product through own courier. This will cost atleast 2,200/- for this product.

Inconveniences caused:
1. I had ordered to gift this to a dear one for Diwali and due to the wrong product sent, I had to buy another gift.
2. There were lot of delays in getting proper response from Indiatimes lead to loss of time, need for alternate possibilities for gift.
3. I had to re-pack the product , search and take to courier through taxi, had to bring back after getting to know the huge cost for returning.
