Details: I have purchased a lap Top model no. INS 15 5548 -17-5500/8/1/4 win 8.1 from Dell authorised dealer M/s Pinnacle,Annanagar vide invoice no.1698 dt 06.06.2015.We just checked the configuration upon purchase & on reaching home we found the following defects 1.OS was corrupt, system was slow in spite of the 8 GB ram 2.Files getting generated on its own 3.Mouse track pad was not responding we took the lap top to the dealer & he checked it and advised us to contact customer service.After trying for two three days,I got the service personnel’s who categorically told that system will not be replaced & only online service will be given,there was utter arrogance with some personnel like Ms.Piyali& Mr.Sharon who told that you can do whatever you want but system will not be replaced & only online service will be given.I have to use the their service centre for twice to rectify due to poor response & arrogance shown by the online service personnel''s and I was also wasting hours of mine on so many occasions with online without any use. After escalation to the service team once they have sent engineer but it was of no use. Request compensation for the mental agony& torture I faced & for the laptop purchased doesn''t give me a feeling of a new lap top but a used piece.
