Dear Faisal ,
Please confirm me that , when will I get the replacement of Pair of Shoes i.e. item no. 18841701 , UK 07 ?

As 10 days have already been passed , after depositing the (manufacturing ) defected shoes with your store at Indore.

Just to remind you that your committed time limit of replacing the shoes within 1 month , is reducing day by day .

Your early response awaited.

Thanks for your reply , I requested to exchange /replace the product itself i.e. Shoes , for which you have given approval. See the trailing mail.

I am not asking for it in terms of financial values yet.

So, Please exchange / replace the pair of shoes as committed , as soon as possible.

We will not be able process an exchange for the MRP of the product.

Dear Flora / Faisal Ahmed/Aamir ,
This is Neeraj Sharma , a brand loyal customer of PUMA Brand , I have been purchasing Puma Shoes and sportswear for me and my family since so many years.
This time also on 5th of July 2015 , I purchased 3 items VIDE RECEIPT NO. 16637 (Store 162A ) dtd.5/7/15 from your PUMA Store situated at Shop F-109, First floor , C-21 Mall, A.B.Road , INDORE, including a pair of Shoes.
But after some time I found manufacturing defect in the pair of Shoes , i.e. item no. 18841701 , UK 07 , So I returned the shoes and deposited at your store from where I purchased it on date 23rd August 2015.
Your store Manager Mr.Nilesh Yadav , examined the shoes and found that the shoes has manufacturing defect , after being agreed with , he assured to get the shoes exchanged/replaced .
So he gave me assurance to exchange the shoes within a expected time of One month . (Hand written acknowledgement of shoes deposited and assurance slip attached herewith ).
And also he wrote a mail to customer support /care for the approval of exchange of shoes.
The store Manger got the approval from Mr. Faisal Ahmed , customer support, on 24th August 2015, to get the product / Shoes exchanged . (Approved to get the product exchanged ).
When I visited the store again on 30th August 2015, the store Manager Mr. Nilesh Yadav shown the email recd. from Mr. Faisal Ahmed to me , regarding the approval of exchange of product .
But the product item no. mentioned was not available at the store , so he suggested to talk to customer care number , I tried to call customer care no. , but due to Sunday unable to connect.
Then on 31st August 2015 , I talked to Mr. Aamir and subsequently to Ms Flora at customer care to resolve the problem , Ms Flora ensured me to replace /exchange the shoes within a time frame of one month.
Please do take necessary action to exchange /replace the pair of shoes as soon as possible .
