Hi Team,
My vodafone bill for Aug-15 has been generated with error.
I havent changed my network in roaming . By default , it was switching to Aircel in some places in Odisha.
However , the vodafone India says that i have changed my network in roaming to some other networks for which the internet usage has been charged.
I have attached the Vodafone Bill and my Internet data Consumed .
My actual data consumed and as per BILL are mismatching . Screen shot attached.
I was using my Internet data by regularly checking the data limit.
I have recharged a 300 MB data plan from Vodafone India when the limit was about to cross.
This is a SCAM . As even their Billing cant justify my consumed data which i have in SMS.
Please help me in resolving this issue asap.
