I HAD SUBMITTED MY HANDSET A350 AT FUTURE COMMUNICATION CHANDIGARH (AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF MICROMAX)ON 22 JUN 15 UNDER WARRANTY OF WHICH JOB SHEET NO. IS - N020121-61517429548. SERVICE CENTRE PERSONNEL TOLD ME THAT PHONE WILL BE SENT TO THE COMPANY AND I WILL GET MY PHONE IN A MONTH. AFTER ONE MONTH, WHEN I APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE IS STILL WITH THE COMPANY AND SUGGESTED ME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE OF THE COMPANY. SUBSEQUENTLY, I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 15 DAYS i.e. 07 AUG 15. FURTHER, I GOT A CALL ON 04 AUG 15 FROM THE COMPANY THAT THE PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND SO IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A 300. HOWEVER, I AGREED UPON THE SAME. BUT AFTER THAT I DIDNOT GET ANY CONFIRMATION TILL 10 AUG 15. WHEN I AGAIN APPROACHED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SHOWED THEIR INABILITY TO TELL ABOUT THE PROGRESS REGARIDING MY PHONE AND AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR NEXT 10 DAYS. SINCE THEN, I HAVE TALKED TO THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE DOZENS TIMES BUT EVERY TIME THEY TELL ME TO WAIT FOR NEXT 10 DAYS. AND NOW IT IS ABOUT TWO AND HALF MONTHS AND I AM UNABLE TO TRACE MY PHONE. I AM FEELING HELPLESS AND HARRASSED BY THE COMPANY.
