Complaint Details
I would like to bring to the kind notice of the concerned authorities of MCGM, P/South Ward, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400104 that "Goregaon-Mulund Link Flyover" faces heavy traffic jams at any given time of the day on account of which MOTORCYCLIST ride their bikes on the footpath of the Flyover by lifting and placing their bikes on the pavement of the Flyover in the absence of iron railings on the kerb of the pavement. Walking on the stretch of this footpath has become extremely difficult and miserable. The elderly person, senior citizens and children who are the most affected.

Secondly, CYCLIST too ride their bicycles on the pavement adding further woes to the already aggravated problem.

Repeated request and reminders to MCGM is eliciting no response.

I request The Consumer Complaints Redressal Council (India) to take-up the above issue with the concerned authorities and bring much needed relief to the harassed pedestrians.
