Complaint Details
Sir I bought Karbonn A6 Turbo Mobile online on 25th May 2015 and within one month there is problem with the speaker. I took it to Karbonn authorised service centre in Hyderabad. They gave the mobile back to me without repairing it as the IMEI number is not registered. I complained to Karbonn care regarding this and the company has not done anything to register the IMEI number despite many calls and emails. Kindly look into the problem sir for speedy redressal.
