Complaint Details
Have purchased a brand new & sealed laptop from Fujitsu & after delivery, opened the sealed unit & tried to start but it won't start ! after contacting Fujitsu service, they say that there is a faulty Hard Disk & are insisting that I accept repairs in terms of a hard disk replacement !!! Why should I accept a repaired brand new laptop ???? They should replace it with a sealed laptop !!
