Hathway guys always cheat
1) Confirmed despite asking them 1000 times that they have a power backup prior to taking their service but turned out wrong. And now they say only in our area they dnt have backup
2) In order to renew our service, they promised a different plan and in 5 days they automatically changed the plan with a pathetic service
