Dear Sir,

I have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on the 15 Aug''15 from exclusive showroom of SAMSUNG (Akshara SAMSUNG SMARTPHONE CAFE, Durgapur W.B).

on 22nd Aug''15 Saturday Handset restarting itself again and again. then on 24th Aug''15 Monday i contact the seller he said it may be due to software updation issue.

and in the evening of 24th Handset agains starts problem again. then on monday 25th i visited the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER (UNIQUE SERVICE,DURGAPUR) and they said problem may be arise due to software updation then they factory reset the handset and said if it creates problem again then only they will take handset for repair or check.

On 30th Aug''15 Handset starts problem again then i visited the service center again and then they reinstalled the software from his system.

Then on 2nd Sep''15 handset starts problem again then i visited the seller shop and tell him i don''t want this faulty handset. they said they come with me on the service center. on 3rd Sep''15 i visited the service center again and then they receive my handset to check. very next day on 4th Aug''15 they call me and said your handset is ready then i asked where is the problem they said there is a problem in the motherboard and they changed the motherboard.

it means your showroom sell the defective handset to me.

i am requesting you to change the handset immediately and send a brand new hand set.

because i am not here to buy defective handset from Samsung.

Bill along with the service center receipt is enclosed here. for your effective necessary action at the earliest.
