Hon'ble Railway minister

COMPLAINT

This has reference to my travel (with my spouse - both are senior citizen) as under:

A. Journey date:30/10/2013
B. Coach: A/1-Second AC
C. Birth number:31 and 33
D. PNR number:8616056407
E. Train number:12548 -Ahmedabad to Agra Fort

GROUND OF COMPLAINT:

A. The railway staff, with his spouse, daughter and son was traveling with me. He was allotted birth number 32,34 and 35 (not taken birth for his son)
B. His son was very naughty and after some time, started spitting on my berth sitting on upper birth. His wife cleaned this by pillow cover provided by Railway (surprising act for railway staff)
B. The railway staff, on the ground that the upper birth are dirty, cleaned one upper birth by napkin (provided by Railway) and another one by bed sheet of Railway
C. A person (to whom he introduced his attendant and was sitting in S/2 compartment, entered second AC coach on the ground that he want it give tea to his boss. However, instead leaving the coach, he started sleeping on upper birth with son of Railway staff. As both were discussing loudly, I objected to it and inquired how he is sleeping here. The Railway employee replied rudely that on his sit he has right to allow any one to sleep. I called the TTE but he showed his helplessness saying that he has no right to ask any one to leave the compartment. It is the duty of Railway Police and at Abu Road he will inform the police (it is worth to note that this TTE duty was up to Abu Road and thus he want to escape from his duties)
D. There were many other Railway staff (sitting in both corridor) as also other wait listed passengers in IIND AC coach. When I objected it, the TTE said "aap me takat ho to utaro. Mera duty nahi hain". He bluntly refused to give the compliant book
E. The Railway staff, with an overall intention of harassing me and my wife, did the following act (very briefly quoted):

I. Though it is winter, kept fans on
II. Did now allowed us to close light even after scheduled time fixed by Railway
III. Did not allow us to close the curtain on the plea that his his wife and son are on birth number 35 and his daughter is on birth number 32 and hence whole night she is suppose to guard them keeping curtains open (thus the very purpose of curtain is defeated)
IV. Started doing shave, at 10 PM, in the compartment and intentionally sprayed wanter on the birth of my wife
V. And many such act with overall intention to harass us and ensure that we can not sleep

KINDLY NOTE THAT I HAD EPILEPSY IN THE PAST AND I AM, AT PRESENT, TAKING REGULAR MEDICINE. AFTER TAKING MEDICINE IN NIGHT, I NEED SOUND SLEEP. MY WIFE ALSO HAD KNEE JOINT PROBLEMS AND SHE ALSO TAKES MEDICINE IN NIGNT.

THE ABOVE BEHAVIOR OF RAILWAY STAFF, WITH "CARTEL" of TTE AND CALLING HIS ATTENDANT FROM S/2 COACH PROVES THAT THE TTE DO NOT CARE FOR ANY ONE. THE GATE BETWEEN SECOND AC AND SLEEPER COACH WAS NOT CLOSED AT ALL DURING WHOLE NIGHT AND HENCE THERE WAS FREE MOVEMENT OF OTHER PASSENGERS IN THE TRAIN. THIS IS FRAUGHT WITH RISK

A GIRL WAS TRAVELING ON BIRTH NUMBER 36. She is perusing her Law degree in Nirma University at Ahmedabad. Railway board can obtain her independent confidential report on what I have stated herein above.

In view of the above the Hon'ble Railway Minister is urged to take action on:

A. The Railway staff traveling on birth number 32,34 and 35
B. Take action on TTE for not discharging his duties as laid down by railway board
C. Take action on so called attendant came from S/2 unauthorized occupied birth in second AC coach

A. The railway staff boarded from Ahmedabad and had reservation up to Agra Fort but get down at Bharatpur
B. A girl on birth number 36 also boarded from Ahmedabad and had reservation up to Agra Fort but get down at Bharatpur as her father was to pick her up from there
C, We boarded from Ahmedabad and travelled up to Agra Fort
