I am complaining this with helplessness and irritation.
I raised request (88909079) for re-installation of my aquasure on 04-10-2013. It got installed on 07-10-2013 but the valve what they fitted is broken and water is flowing, I identified in the evening as I am in office in the morning and my parents were there while installing. I called siva prasad who reinstalled and told the same thing he told he will next and repair but he didn't come. I continuously followed him for 3 weeks he didn't come. Again I complained in help line and next morning siva prasad called me and told he will do. But same thing continued. I called help line 24-10-2013 they have taken new high priority request (73649808).Nothing happened as per their mentioned date. Again I called helpline on 30-10-2013 and told that if it is not happening today I will complain in consumer forum the executive told recklessly you can raise in consumer forum no problem for them. With this complete episode I am very much irritated and I spent 15,000Rs as my child having allergy with bore water bought water bottles all these days. As I am busy with work I am not able to find any other alternative. This is happened not only for me even colleagues told they faced same problem and they left the product as waste. My concern is it is happening in Hyderabad itself and how will be the response for normal towns and villages. How our government is allowing companies like this to sell their products. Please help me to get my product re-installed properly and get my spent money because of worst service.
