i had placed a prepaid order for a karbonn titanium s5 mobile through Getitbazaar online shopping site on oct 30.
order id :100008657.
i received my parcel via India post on nov 8. the parcel had a STONE IN MOBILE BOX.
the box didnt have any seal. i reported the same issue to the help desk with sufficient photographs.
they are not ready to investigate about it, or to refund/replace. now when i call the customer care, as soon as they realize its me, they just say "wrong number" and cut the phone. please help me
