I have booked UMI X2 on 12-April-2013 through online. As per the Facebook update, UMIindiamobile has asked me to deposit 500 Rs as a booking amount to book UMIX2 2GB RAM and 32 GB ROM model. Again based on the Facebook update I have paid balance amount of 13500 on 09-May-2013 and immediately I got confirmation via SMS and email from UMI. My order number is ZNFFU06988. At that time they have told me that mobile will be delivered in 7 days however, till date I havent received anything.
I have been following up with the UMIINDIA mobiles however, its of no use. Till date I have paid 14000 Rs. and also spend around 200 Rs in calling them and to know the status of the delivery. Whenever I call them, I received same answer that they are going to deliver the mobile very soon but this seems to be all fake and I feel cheated.
