Hello,

This is a complaint regarding Manager Mr Singh and Mr Kishore at Kun United Hyundai Service at RTC X Roads, Hyderabad for cheating and fraud.

I have a Hyundai i10 car registration AP11AF5787.

I gave the car for accidental repair in July 2013 at Kun Hyundai service centre at RTC X Road, Hyderabad. The repair was done and I got the vehicle delivered in 4 days but I was not satisfied with the repair. Initially the lock did not work, the body and glasses were all sprayed with shiner and paintwork did not match the existing color.

I got the lock sorted and expressed my dissatisfaction for the paint job. Mr Kishore said as it is newly painted it is looking different and will match the existing color in a month. I said okay and got back home.

After two months of waiting for the lie to come true, the color was still different from the rest of the body with no change. I went back to the showroom and complained again of the color and met manager Mr Singh. Here begins another lie. He said he will get the car re-paint to the actual color.

Last week I took the vehicle back to the service centre to get the re-paint work done. I met Mr Kishore and he said he will get the job done. Three days later I got a call from Hyundai to inform me that the vehicle is ready. I went to the service centre and to my surprise the vehicle was not re-painted. They applied a coating of teflon and washed the vehicle and they presented the car as if all the work was done as promised.

The vehicle hasn't been re-painted. Only teflon coating done. There was nothing else done. The doors and other parts of the body were not cleaned with paper and it was all rough. I had to sit in the service centre for hours to get everything done. My jaws were paining at this stage shouting and arguing with the manager and the workers to get the work done. Also there was a big dent on the bonnet while the vehicle was in the workshop which never existed before.

Mr Kishore lied to me that the dent was there from before. He took the slip from me which shows all dents when the vehicle is given for servicing with him inside and put a mark where the dent was and came back saying see here is the dent.

I had to speak to Mr Singh about this and he joined Mr Kishore in the lie saying yes the dent was there from before.

It is such a shame that cheaters and liars like these exist in a company like Kun which spoil the name of Hyundai and get a zero on customer satisfaction. I have never had this experience before and would like this complaint to go to the highest in authority at Kun and Hyundai.

As you all can see, this email is going to Kun, Hyundai, Consumer Affairs, News Networks, and Social Networks, I am also lodging a formal complaint with the consumer affairs through my lawyer against Mr Singh and Mr Kishore at Kun United Hyundai Hyderabad for cheating, and fraud.

I would like Hyundai to know that it is losing one of its most loyal customers today because of the liars they employ at their service centres. I was going to book a Grand i10 in the next few days but I am going to say thank you very much to Mr Singh, Mr Kishore, and Kun for showing me the right path, not to buy a Hyundai again.
