Dear Sir/Madam,

Sanathanam Communications, Kerala took my investment money of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs from me in August 2008 for Telefilm “Uthamanaya Mahabali”. The telefilm was aired on Surya TV on September 11, 2008 and received an excellent viewership rating of 4.5 out of 5. Mr.V.N. Vinod Kumar, owner of Sanathanam Communications, Kerala promised to return my money of Rs.2.5 Lakhs with profits by December 11, 2008 i.e. within 90 days from the date of airing of the teleserial. However only Rs.50,000/- was refunded to me in March 2009. It has been close to 2 1/2 years now that I have received the entire amount of Rs.2.5 Lakhs with Profits from Sanathanam Communications, Kerala for my said investment. Please help in the matter. Their details are below:
