Complaint Details
I have a list of problem with this KARBONN A1+ Mobile

1.Touch Screen not respond many times.
2.on top upper switch button pressing screen

not respond .
3.keypad some time not respond and delay

respond .
4.some keypad key after pressing not respond

5.while working on internet many times keypad

and touch screen not respond .
6.after selecting contact person call screen

not show calling person .
7.when swipe to attend the call after swiping

not able to attend the call
8..Some times Mobile Show Force close during

working on some application .
9.some time mobile automatic switch off .
10.due key keypad problem i have lots of

time waste with keypad .
as i gave it for 4 times service but problem existing
mobile still under warranty every time i have to keep mobile for minimum 4-5 days and result is not satisfactory(total days wasted 30 days with effort and money)

PLZ REPLACE THIS MOBILE WITH BRAND NEW MOBILE OR RETURN ME THE AMOUNT OF MY BILL WHICH I PAID TO PURCHASE
