hello,
myself Dr. Biswas
i have been using vodafone postpaid number 9628119977 registered since march 2013 with plan 225 FnF in which i get a local family vodafone number of my choice free voice calls 24x7.
however i have received a sms stating that my free family number will now be charged at Rs. 0.05 / min and my plan will now be called as plan 225_rev.

this is a new plan the company is offering to new customers and they have no right to change my existing postpaid plan without my consent.
this is plain cheating. how can they change my plan as per their wish.this is criminal.
i have tried talking to customer care but its of no avail.
i am already in talks with my lawyers and i will try one more time explain my issue to customer care before filing a case in district consumer forum.
