I booked my house hold things on 29th Oct 2013 from Delhi and shifted to Pune. They took money around 13100 rs including tax ( did not give me TIN number) with Insurance of 1800 including. They called me on 04-11-2013 and said things are in Mumbai now and soon will reach pune at your place. I told them plz keep it at their storage location till sunday (10-11-2013) before that I will get it. Then I called them on saturday (09-11-2013) but they said they are busy so cant do it on saturday. So they will do it on Monday. Then I called them on monday and they just keep telling me the different story. And finally they did not pick my call. I called the delhi office person (9871481212) and they also said the same story and further stop picking my call.
The guy from pune side Mr Mohan Sharma he is the local agency who was supposed to shift the things in pune. He is having his number - 9324647476.

Since I don't know where actually my things are so can't say any thing. But I would like to get my things at a good state. Because they have took insurance money and have not given any insurance copy of that amount.
