Order No. 8045675.
I ordered Philips trimmer vid Order no s specified above on 27.10.13 by Credit card payment.On website it was mentioed it will get delivered by 5-6 day. But till now i havnt received the product. Every day i call to customer care and they promise that it will get delivered today. Also they are passing the ball to courier company. They have very poor customer service after payment there is no response from their end. Really disgusting. Please do needful action against them
They are also not updating the status. It still shows the 6-11-13 status.
