I ordered Kent Water purifier few weeks back.
The technician had to visit our home thrice to fix the brand new purifier. Our kitchen was flooded on the first day with overflowing water. 2nd time, it was spewing out too much waste water. Third time, the inlet of the purifier had leakage. So it took almost a week to get the brand new product fixed.
Worst of all is Ken't customer service. They never bothered to reply my emails.
I have totally lost trust in this company and its products. I want extended warranty on this after the hell I have gone through to get this working.
