I had bought a Fitness World treadmill (Scorpio model) from Reliance Sports, Hyderabad on 23rd February 2012.

It has developed serious problems, and stops working randomly. I had given it to the company for warranty service. It came back after two months, but the issue has still not been solved. There have been half a dozen visits from technicians, but they have not been able to solve the problem.

Please help in getting warranty service for my treadmill.
