Dear Sir/Madam,

I contacted airtel for new broad band conection for my home(Tavarakare ,Bangalore).
As soon as i called the representative Sunil has come to come home(12oct 2013) with in 1 hour and explained the plans to me and i paid 500 rs for the new connection as security deposit.
The installation req id is :-18165282,after that i was informed that connection will be estabilised by technical person with in two days.
I didnot get any response and i called the 3rd day,i got info that its still in progress after following to many time on 5th day i was informed that there is no connection avaliable for the particular area so for the refund i need to place request on customer care.

I reported customer care of airtel and i was informed with in october 29 i will get the courier of cheque,but i didnot received any.

Initially 20 days’ time (20oct 2013) to me to get the refund amount ,but I dint received and I response from the customer care(Interaction ID:-40511672) was check is returned back.
I don’t see any reason of getting the check to be returned because I did not received any call from the courier service ,then reason I got was house number is wrongly updated in the system but still the courier people never called me for any assistance of reaching me.Later I came to know from customer care “Skyline courier” is from airtel and the time given for me till November 11 to get the courier.

I waited till November 10,I did not get any response from airtel or courier regarding this refund/ check.

I called on November 10 to the customer care ( Interaction id:- 321424350),Now again I got the response as courier has returned.
Still I don’t see any reason of returning the courier since I did not get any intimation or call regarding the courier after I call to the customer care ,this information I got.
And they are asking me to wait till December 3rd Nov. I got poor response from the representative ,he is asking me to go the customer court.
I was informed call to customer care on weekdays to talk with finance department to get the status of complaint.

I tried to contact the customer care for multiple times and all are giving different and wrong information’s, one guy told within 2 hour I will receive a call regarding this but I waited for 1 day I dinot get any response.

I contacted customer care regarding this since last 30 days and following with them, still my refund amount of Rs.500 is not settled.
Please do needful regarding this.
I believe this time I will get a satisfactory response from you.

My complaints
1. With out the cable connectiond they charged the mmoney and after too many requests they informed connection is not available in that area.
2. Airtel is not responding properly and since last 30 days they directing me here and there to get the refund money i contacted more than 30 times reg this.
3. Irresponsible response i am getting from them./
