Sir,
This is with regard to the order I placed with Infibeam on 10-Oct-2013. I ordered three Aereon ken air freshner (Order ID :11865378) from Infibeam and the payment was done using my credit card.As you can see from the attachment the order was shipped on Oct 11 but it did not reach me and when I called back after 4 days they told that the product was returned to their warehouse. I had asked them to reship the product which failed again. On Oct 18, called the CSE and asked her to cancel the order, it was informed that the order will be cancelled and the amount will be credited within 7 working days. Nothing happened till now and inspite of repeated calls they do not bother to cancel the order and refund the amount. Yesterday, I called them again and it was said that I did not place the request to cancel the order. As normal in all e-commerce sites there is not option to cancel an order which we have placed.It is only through the CSE of infibeam that we can cancel an order. Please find the status of my order(in attachment).I kindly request to take furthur steps to block these types of fraudulent eCommerce sites which cheats their customers.
