I have not received a refund of my order . with the Order ID : 1273360146 , 3 times i have sent my bank statement as a poof that i have not received my money ....
i have canceled the order witch was for 5 product ,
form witch 3 i returned on the second day i received ,
the pick up receipt number for 3 of them is

1) 11124835122
2) 11124835133
3) 11124835100

and Two i never received , when i call they people informed me 2 product was never shipped to me they are sorry ,
and they will refund me for it as well ASAP .
in total there are 5 of them 3 returned and 2 received ,

i have not received any money back for any of items .. every time i call ,
customer service informs me that it will be done in 7 to 10 days of working ,

And now when i call to check why is the money refunded back to me, they are saying its refunded ,
But i have not received any money for refund from them ...

i have checked with my bank on money that is refunded by them . even my bank has confirmed no money is deposited to my bank A/c by company . was 299Rs on 1/10/2013.

i have sent my bank statement as an attachment witch is the proof that no money is refunded back to me. if they have send me the money asked for .ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the transaction . Now they and their finance dept .say they r sorry the money was stuck in some payment gate way that they have . and it was not credited back to me ...

i have spent more time and money calling them on the charged line , but they dont do any thing about it i am only wasting my money in calling them . more then 90 days from i canceled the order , and and not recived any money that they took from my A/c . . please help .
