Complaint Details
I had purchased a one litre Eagle steel flask from Police Canteen, Madurai on 14.07.2013 for Rs.513.59. The flask is not retaining heat since last week and the outer body is getting unduly heated when filled-up with any hot liquid. The flask comes with a free replacement warranty up to 31st December 2017 as is mentioned in the guarantee card. I had emailed twice to the company. But they have not responded. Kindly direct the company to replace the flask.
