Booked a vehicle (EECOSPORT) on 28june2013 with ford. The bookings for the vehicle started in 17th june 2013.Till now the delivery has not been given after repeated efforts. All we can see as so many vehicles already on road. I have two questions which are still unanswered.
1. The dealer claims to be giving deliveries for the month of dec12, jan, feb mar13 whereas booking started in JUne 13.
2. They are unable to give the details till which date bookings has been cleared.
This shows that booking made within first 11 days still are pending which i feel is impossible. No concrete answer from their side. Delears asking for premium if want immediate delivery for which no documentary proof is there but it can be checked by personal visit. All i can say the customer has been cheated by them.enlosing booking details and ford online chat. besides that recorded mobile conversation is also available where they claim to deliver old bookings which never existed. We have tried to contact ford but to no avail they say contact at customer care where they have no solution. Called up chennai gurgaon but no one ready to help as like robots they reply contact at customer care. copies of mail and conversation is also available.
