Dear Sir/madam

On Jan 2013 I was approached by Miss Simran Sr employee of Company from Delhi Office on phone and told me that ICICI booked huge profit this year and to give the benefit to the policy
holder company is distributing their profit to the policyholder,for that you have to purchase
Guaranteed Saving Insurance Plan Policy No 17434607 and you will get Rs 110000 as bonus
(bonus)against the policy within the five month after taking the policy.Beside this i was
told that i will be required to pay a single/one time premium of Rs 20000.So taking Miss
Simran on word I purchased the above policy no:-17434607 in January 2013 and even after the
five month are gone and no bonus is credited in my account and no bond paper i have received
till date as it is told by the Simran.
Now on detailed reading of the policy i understand that i have been cheated by ICICI as the
premium has to be paid ever year for at least seven(7) years and it is not one time as was
informed by Miss Simran. Besides i have not till date received any dividend cheques as i was
told by Miss Simran.

If this is the way of selling the policy then i am sorry to say it is totally misleading the
policyholder and it is called as unfair tradepractices.It is requested to to you that i want
to cancel my policy and refund my premium.
