Complaint Details
I had given samsung gtn7000 mobile for repair to THE MOBILE STORE at Patna Dumrao Palace frazer Road (I had taken 1 year extended warranty).i had submitted my handset on 18/10/2013 and i got a receiving but on receiving they have not mentioned the delivery date on asking they told once it repaired we will inform you or you can inquiry about it after 15 days..till now i have not received any call from them..so i thought of making complaint on customer care . till now i have logged 2 complains but didnt get any response from them..they are not taking any response for my complaints and not even they are providing any fixed date for handset delivery...Today I have also called and they had given excuse that the third party(insurance company) have not provided the approval till now..
