I placed an order worth Rs 3499 with chipkart.com my order no. is 7461.Its prepaid order and paid by me via my debit card.. 2 month has been past and didnt get product or refund from company, i tried to communicate with many ways such as calls and emails but didnt get anything positive except promises to resolve the issue in 1-2 days.
