This has reference to my bill for the period of 04.10.13 to 03.11.13 which is due on 22.11.13, I am Vodafone's customer from many years but it is really shocking that the Vodafone has started charging exaggerated billing amount. I have been wrongly charged Rs. 4625.86/- for GPRS/Vodafone Live which I have never used. I am not keen for or neither I use internet services on my handheld except for Vodafone Mob Conn 1GB FREE@199 wherein I have 2 GBs usage plan which is till date never exhausted because I dont use it frequently as I have WiFi at my home.

The customer care also, offered me a discount of Rs 800/-. Why should I pay the chanrges if I have not used GPRS. They even called me in this regard and I reconfirmed that I have not used GPRS/Vodafone Live.

Please make a note of my complaint and please can you initiate the necessary action.

My past bill record will prove that I have never exceeded by Bill beyond Rs.400.
