I had a SBI Credi card ends with 7548 which I got deactivated and closed in july with sbi card customer care request #0121987799307 dtd july 17.2013. From 11th Nov 2013 I am receiving multiple recovery agent calls for a transaction in Aug 2013 which I did not make. They use abusive words and threat me for everything. No is 011-39827840 and 9999735552. I do have email confirmation from SBI of card closure and zero due on the card.

Please do the neeful and suggest.
