Complaint Details
I have ordered a ZOPO ZP980 mobile phone with ZOPO through their online site "www.zopomobiles.in". Full Payment of 19599 was made with Order no TEQKW18341 and date of order is 20.08.2013. They committed to deliver the phone in 7 working days but it was not delivered till Oct`13. Due to delay I have cancelled the order and waiting for more than 20 days for refund. No response from ZOPO for refund. Pl help. I have attached email communciation for your ready reference.
